Special Notice to all NRR rowers

This Saturday, September 21, is the date for the Rumson Boat Race. College crews will be rowing from the red buoy just off of the east end of the north cove (red 20) all the way to the Oceanic Bridge. This will be going on from 7:45 AM until roughly 2:00 PM.

They will be coming down the south side and rowing up the north--the opposite of our usual boat course.

Since we want to keep all rowers and equipment safe, we ask all rowers to stay in the Red Bank Basin on Saturday, September 21, until the regatta is over. If you row up the south side of the Red Bank basin  and then row across to the northeast end of cove (rowing just past green buoy 21) and then down the cove, past the rock wall towards the Oyster Point and then back to NRR, you've rowed close to 4000 meters. Do it twice, and it's a great workout!!

Thank you for your consideration!
