youth racing camp - summer program for competition-minded rowers selected by coaches based on erg scores and water tryouts.

Two-day Sculling Intensive - for youth Sweep Rowers who would like to enroll in NRR Summer Youth programs at the Intermediate, Advanced and/or Racing Level but need to learn to scull or improve their sculling skills first.
Adult Beginner Lessons
Let us introduce you to the fun and fundamentals of rowing.

Our Learn-to-Row program involves 4 professionally coached, small group lessons for women and men 18 and older...teaches the basics of sculling in a single, sliding seat rowing shell.

These are a few of the beneifts of NRR Membership.

Join us for the pleasure, the challenge, the exhiliration, the exercise, and the comaraderie of rowing on the Navesink River. We have membership options for experienced rowers and relative newcomers, college students, private boat owners, even non-rowers who want to support what we do.

Interested in Racing?
As a member of NRR you can row recreationally - for fun, fitness, or other personal goals. You can also use NRR boats, facilities and coaching resources to train for and compete in regional and national regattas.
